
Anuva Wardah
Research Assistant
Anuva Wardah is a spring research assistant at the Institute for Global Affairs. She is a senior at Stony Brook University, where she is pursuing a dual degree in Political Science and Sociology. Her work focuses on governance, institutional capacity, and policy implementation.
As a Paragon Policy Fellow, Anuva researched broadband resilience and digital equity in the US Virgin Islands, developing policy recommendations aimed at strengthening access, competition, and infrastructure sustainability. She has supported PhD-level research on collective decision-making and political behavior at the Center for Political Behavioral Economy.
Anuva has worked across nonprofit, academic, and public sector settings, including policy advocacy with Young Invincibles and legal research on immigration law — experiences that have shaped her interest in how political and economic institutions function during periods of crisis, transition, and reform.
In her free time, Anuva enjoys reading, language learning, and exploring new cities.
