Research Assistant
Rameen Sajjad joined the Institute for Global Affairs at Eurasia Group in summer 2025 as a research assistant. Rameen is a recent graduate of William & Mary (Class of 2025), where she earned a BBA in Business Analytics with a minor in International Relations and was named a Global Scholar in recognition of her commitment to international affairs.
As a Global Scholar, Rameen traveled to Paris and Brussels, and engaged directly with experts at the World Bank, UNESCO, WHO, NATO, OECD, and International IDEA, as well as various embassies. As a 2024 Freeman Fellow, Rameen traveled to Indonesia to study the country’s growing role in global economic and political systems. She also studied abroad at the University of Nottingham in England.
In her free time, Rameen enjoys playing badminton, solo traveling (12 countries and counting — fortunately, still hasn’t lost her passport!), and studying human cognition and behavior.
